Short Buyer’s Guide to Best ASMR Headphones:

In this category, we have listed a couple of headband earphones and earpods that will help you to listen to the music you love while comfortably laying on one side. These are the flat and comfortable headphones that will allow you to listen to your favorite ASMR podcast without feeling the pain in your ears OR help you get a better night’s sleep if you share your bed with a person who snores a lot. These sleeping headphones are also great for people suffering from Tinnitus.

We have reviewed keeping in view four things in mind. They are:

I- Comfort:

This is by far the most important point to consider before buying headphones for sleeping or for listening to ASMR. If the headphones fail to provide comfort, even they provide high-quality audio, they are useless for this purpose. Hence before considering sleeping headphones, always remember to check out this aspect of the product. ALWAYS!

II- Sound Quality:

The next most important thing is the sound quality of the headphones. If you are an ASMR listener than you want to feel all the sounds of scratching, rubbing, etc. You don’t want to miss the tiny details of the audio. Thus, the sound quality is important. Although most of the sleeping headphones may not deliver such a high-quality sound because their number one priority is Comfortability, still there are the ones which we mentioned, that provide excellent sound quality and comfort.

III- Price:

The next big thing is “Price”. To be honest, it all depends on you. How much budget do you have and how much do you want to spend on it. If you ask me, I would say it depends on how much do you need it. If you are going to use it over a long period of time then I would suggest buying a premium pair. It would last long and fulfill your needs. Else analyze your needs and go for the cheaper one.

IV- Build Quality:

Build quality is an important factor to look for in headphones. You need comfortable yet durable headphones for sleeping so that they don’t get broken when you wake up in the morning. Hence, the overall build quality of the product is also important.

Best Earbuds and HeadBand Headphones for ASMR:

So let’s take a look at each of the products in detail.

1- CozyPhones Sleep Headphones – Best Headband for ASMR and Sleeping:

CozyPhones Sleep Headphones:

CozyPhones provide some of the cheap and comfortable sleeping headphones. With a price range of just a score of bucks, these headphones have a lot to offer.

The prominent attributes of CozyPhones Sleep headphones are that it has ultra-thin ⅛’ cushioned speaker with a 52-inch cable that not only provides comfort but also saves you from the short wire issues. These are lightweight and quite comfortable.

The cool mesh lining provides a grip to speakers so that they can stay in place and also helps the air to pass through, keeping you cool. Moreover, this headband is also washable, so if they ever get dirty or sweaty, you can wash it.

Although the fabric of these SleepPhones is not as good as it’s counterparts, but still with this price range, it offers what it says!

If you are low on budget and really need cheap but comfortable sleeping headphones then I would say go for this headband.

2- AcousticSheep Classic Sleep Headphones:

AcousticSheep Classic Sleep Headphones:

AcousticSheep’s Classic Sleep Headphones are just another wired comfortable headbands specially made for sleeping at night. They are pretty good flat headphones for sleeping. This headband comes in two fabrics; i- Fleece ii- Breeze.

If you sweat a lot then I would recommend you buy the Breeze, to keep your head cool. Otherwise, buy the fleece version. There’s not much difference between the two. From my experience, I liked the “Breeze” one more.

These come in different sizes and colours and also features a snug fit design.

So let’s discuss some technical details now. The headband features a 4mm flat speakers that are comfortable enough to wear while sleeping on one side. Compared to the CozyPhones, I found AcousticSheep’s one to be slightly more comfortable. The wire is 48’’ inches in length, long enough to help you change sides at night without interrupting your mobile phone.

The fabric or the headband is cool, breathable, washable and hypoallergenic; thus you can also use it as a sleep mask while listening to your favorite playlist or ASMR artist.

Many ASMR youtube artists use excellent quality ASMR microphone, and to do justice with their work, you must have an excellent headphone. We tried to choose three products from thousands of different similar products. We made this decision based on product quality and pricing.

Sound Isolation vs Noise Cancellation:

What is the difference between Sound Isolation and Noise-Cancellation?
There is a lot of difference between the two technologies. The active noise-cancellation consists of electronic circuitry to counter the outside noises and acts as a way to reduce that as much as possible. Sound Isolation, on the other hand, works on the principle of reflecting the sound based on the position of the earphones. Their working is almost the same as earplugs. Sound Isolation works as a barrier between the ear and the incoming noise.
